The goal was to create a different gym experience for members to create a home away from home sanctuary. Fitness is a way of life for those who make it a part of their lives. PowerHouse Gym Long Island City was born on April 9th 2018 by 3 fitness coaches with a combined 70 years of coaching experience who’s plans all aligned together the right way.

When it’s your calling you know it, and you attack that goal !!! We breath fitness, live it & dreamed being owners of a certain kind of gym. It certainly wasn’t going to be your typical fitness gym we set out to deliver a gym with many facets. a gym focused on physical fitness & overall health for all kinds of fitness goals, and fitness levels.

That’s when we decided we would introduce daily specialized private group training ranging from advanced to basic level training sessions. Members in our specialized programs now have access to specialized group training and nutritional advice from our fitness coaches.

PowerHouse Gym Long Island City is a 10,333k Square ft facility with state of the art equipment with, showers, parking lot for your car & a smoothie & juice bar.
